Dusty Horne for criminally negligent homicide and leaving the scene of an accident.

Eddie James Hudson for the unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance.

Melvin Pruitt for use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
n
Sarah Elizabeth Schleigh for use/possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of marijuana.
n Jarvis D. Skanes for use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
n
Devorius Stroud for possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
n
Rachele Tidwell for second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Tolin for second-degree possession of marijuana.

Clarence Waters for stalking.
