I f one were to sit down and actually calculate the flavor combinations available at the Andalusia Sno-Biz, it would boggle the mind.

“We’ve got about 53 base flavors,” said owner and Andalusia native Nathan Frank. “We can mix a maximum of three flavors at a time, so you do the math.”

Business at the season shack, which features a variety of cool-you-down treats such as smoothies, iced coffees and floats, has been very good this year, he said.

“I worked here when I was 15 and bought the place three years ago,” he said. “Each year has been better than the last.”

Business has been so good the fulltime Enterprise police officer is looking to expand to Troy and Enterprise.

“I really hope business picks up where I can stay open here year around,” he said.

Currently, the small business employs three while utilizing “family labor,” he said.

The stand is open Monday through Friday from noon until 8 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 until 8 p.m. It is located in the Covington Mall parking lot.
