Buckler out as FHS coach

Florala will be looking for a new head football coach in the coming days after the Covington County Board of Education non-renewed Chris Buckler’s contract today at the special-called board meeting.

Buckler coached one year for the Wildcats football program, where he served as the athletic directo.

He finished the 2010 season with a 1-9 record.
