Stingrays hold home meet Saturday

Andalusia’s Stingrays swim team had 57 first place finishes at its home swim meet on Saturday at Cooper Pool.

The Stingrays played host to their only home meet of the summer season, and will travel to Eufaula this week for their next meet.

Warm ups will begin at 9 a.m., and the meet begins at 10:15 a.m.

This week’s meet will be the final meet until the district meet, which is Sat., July 14, in Dothan.

Here are the first place finishes and times from last week’s meet:

• Alex Browing and Evie Younce in the boys’ and girls’ 8 and under 100-yard individual medley (IM). Browing finished in 1 minute, 59.16 seconds, and Younce finished in 2:06.90.

• Stuart Baker and Emma Younce in the boys’ and girls 9-10 100-yard IM. Baker finished in 1:40.03 time, and Younce finished in 1:32.64.

• Mary Beth Baker in the girls’ 11-12 100-yard IM. Baker finished in 1:28.62.

• Jeremy Boyd and Cali Fillmer in the boys’ and girls’ 13-14 100-yard IM. Boyd finished in 1:18.18, and Fillmer finished in 1:19.19.

• Michael Hudson and Judy Johnson in the men’s and women’s 15-18 100-yard IM. Hudson finished in 1:09.84, and Johnson finished in 1:25.94.

• Aidan Vines in the boys’ 8U 25-yard breaststroke. Vines finished in 31.78 seconds.

• Stuart Baker and Claire Breedlove in the boys’ and girls’ 9-10 50-yard breaststroke. Baker finished in 50.55 seconds, and Breedlove finished in 55.24 seconds.

• Nico Gacha and Elisabeth Younce in the boys’ and girls’ 11-12 50-yard breaststroke. Gacha finished in 50.20 seconds, and Younce finished in 49.50 seconds.

• Jeremy Boyd in the boys’ 13-14 50-yard breaststroke. Boyd finished in 40.64 seconds.

• B.J. Donaldson and Elisabeth Christensen in the men’s and women’s 15-18 50-yard breaststroke. Donaldson finished in 31.99 seconds, and Christensen finished in 45.12 seconds.

• Aidan Vines and Evie Younce in the boys’ and girls’ 8U 25-yard freestyle. Vines finished in 20.15 seconds, and Younce finished in 20.88 seconds.

• Emma Younce in the girls’ 9-10 50-yard freestyle. Younce finished in 35.81 seconds.

• Brandon Hudson in the boys’ 11-12 50-yard freestyle. Hudson finished in 32.89 seconds.

• Kaden Arnold in the girls’ 13-14 50-yard freestyle. Arnold finished in 34.53 seconds.

• B.J. Donaldson and Judy Johnson in the men’s and women’s 15-18 50-yard freestyle. Donaldson finished in 24.84 seconds, and Johnson finished in 35.53 seconds.

• Stuart Baker, Cameron Woodard and Jake Jackson finished in 3:02.65 in the boys’ 9-10 200-yard medley relay; and Ashlyn Nall, Ava Bailey, Emma Younce and Laura Blatz finished in 3:19.41 in the girls’ 9-10 200-yard medley relay.

• Luke Johnson, Nico Gacha, Brandon Hudson and Ethan Gobea finished in 2:51.14 in the boys’ 11-12 200-yard medley relay; and Mary Beth Baker, Callen Woodard, Bella Whisonant and Katrine Christensen finished in 3:00.00 in the girls’ 11-12 200-yard medley relay.

• Devan Ellis, B.J. Donaldson, Chase Fillmer and Michael Hudson finished in 2:05.10 in the men’s 15-18 200-yard medley relay; and Mary Johnson, Elisabeth Christensen, Judy Johnson and Kaden Arnold finished in 2:44.07 in the women’s 15-18 200-yard medley relay.

• Aidan Vines in the boys’ 8U 25-yard butterlfy. Vines finished in 25.55 seconds.

• Brandon Hudson and Bella Whisonant in the boys’ and girls’ 11-12 50-yard butterfly. Hudson finished in 37.47 seconds, and Whisonant finished in 51.06 seconds.

• Cali Fillmer in the girls’ 13-14 50-yard butterfuly. Fillmer finished in 32.75 seconds.

• Michael Hudson and Judy Johnson in the men’s and women’s 15-18 50-yard butterfly. Hudson finished in 29.15 seconds, and Johnson finished in 39.28 seconds.

• Zach Gayford and Evie Younce in the boys’ and girls’ 8U 25-yard backstroke. Gayford finished in 30.18 seconds, and Younce finished in 25.72 seconds.

• Stuart Baker and Emma Younce in the boys’ and girls’ 9-10 50-yard backstroke. Baker finished in 44.29 seconds, and Younce finished in 43.06 seconds.

• Mary Beth Baker in the girls’ 11-12 50-yard backstroke. Baker finished in 38.94 seconds.

• Jeremy Boyd and Cali Fillmer in the boys’ and girls’ 13-14 50-yard backstroke. Boyd finished in 39.12 seconds, and Fillmer finished in 36.12 seconds.

• B.J. Donaldson and Mary Johnson in the men’s and women’s 50-yard backstroke. Donaldson finished in 30.27 seconds, and Johnson finished in 46.41 seconds.

• Alex Browning and Madison Thompson in the boys’ and girls’ 8U 50-yard freestyle. Browing finished in 50.63 seconds, and Thompson finished in 51.38 seconds.

• Brandon Hudson and Mary Beth Baker in the boys’ and girls’ 11-12 100-yard freestyle. Hudson finished in 1:15.14, and Baker finished in 1:15.40.

• Kaden Arnold in the girls’ 13-14 100-yard freestyle. Arnold finished in 1:19.02.

• Michael Hudson in the men’s 15-18 100-yard freestyle. Hudson finished in 1:01.29.

• Cameron Woodard, Jake Jackson and Stuart Baker finished in 2:42.86 in the boys’ 9-10 200-yard freestyle relay; and Ashlyn Nall, Ava Bailey, Laura Blatz and Emma Younce finished in 3:11.89 in the girls’ 200-yard freestyle relay.

• Nico Gacha, Luke Johnson, Ethan Gobea and Brandon Hudson finished in 2:33.53 in the boys’ 11-12 200-yard freestyle relay; and Katrine Christensen, Callen Woodard, Bella Whisonant and Mary Beth Baker finished in 2:36.69 in the girls’ 11-12 200-yard freestyle relay.

• Michael Hudson, Devan Ellis, Chase Fillmer and B.J. Donaldson finished in 1:55.11 in the men’s 15-18 200-yard freestyle relay; and Elisabeth Christensen, Mary Johnson, Judy Johnson and Kaden Arnold finished in 2:24.16 in the women’s 15-18 200-yard freestyle relay.
