Help sought for family history

Published 12:30am Saturday, July 21, 2012

Dear Editor,

I am requesting that any of your readers who are descendants or relatives of or know anything about the late Johnny and Effie Phelps who were residents of Covington County in the 1940s contact me.

This request relates to family history research. I want to make a trip to Andalusia, but I thought it would be helpful if I had some information in advance. I would also like to know the location of their graves in the cemetery. I can be contacted in the following ways:

Telephone: 334-887-3607 (Auburn)

E-mail: kencadenhead@bellsouth.net

Mail: 259 Conrey Drive, Auburn, AL, 36830
