Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Aug. 29, 2012:

• James M. Johns, 68, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• William G. Maxie, 67, remanded until sentencing

• Nicole Brown, 30, for possession of marijuana I and held on a $10,000 bond.
