• Jesse W. Wildman, 26, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Ronnie A. Carter, 54, or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Christopher D. Russell, 18, for theft of property III and held on a $500 bond.

• Michael A. Behrens, 22, for a grand jury indictment and two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Ronald W. West, 59, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II and held on a $20,500 bond.

• John C. Callaham, 24, for failure to appear and held on a $546 cash bond.

• Fredrick L. Everett, 26, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Aubrey Pike, 38, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Terry Franklin, 54, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Charles M. Adams, 40, for a grand jury indictment, failure to appear and violation of probation and held without bond.

• Donavan B. Spenard, 25, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Jessica R. McAdams, 32, for domestic violence III/harassment and held on a $500 bond.

• Jennifer Grass, 35, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• John S. White, 52, for driving while under the influence and carrying a pistol unlawfully and held on a $1,500 bond.
