Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Sept. 7-9, 2012:

• Latoya Hobdy, 27, for harassment and held on a $500 bond.

• Seth D.Talbot, 32, for harassment and held on a $500 bond.

• Ronald E. Brooks, 46, for burglary III, theft of property II and criminal mischief III and held on a $23,000 bond.

• Phillip T. McKinley, 24, for a grand jury indictment for manufacturing, chemical endangerment of a child, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and distribution. He was held on a $1 million bond.

• Sammie Jenkins, 22, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Dana Jewell, 44, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Brandon S. Dorsey, 28, for theft of property I and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Trease Lane, 32, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• William F. Carpenter Jr., 24, for domestic violence III and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Candace M. Sasser, 34, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Donna Barefoot, 38, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.
