Sitel is hiring for 50 temporary holiday positions and numerous fulltime positions.

Sandi Henley, Sitel’s recruiting manager, said the company is looking for those who are “dependable and customer service-oriented with great people skills.”

“These are customer service positions, and would be great for anyone who has basic computer skills,” Henley said. “As long as you can log onto a computer, use a mouse and send an email, you have the technical skills we need. We can train you to do the rest.”

Henley said applications are being accepted now online at sitel.com, or at their office located on U.S. Hwy. 84.

“This is just a great opportunity for many who may not be sure about this environment and want to test the waters,” Henley said. “If you come here and like it, it could turn into a permanent position. We’re also hiring for permanent positions as well.

“Right now, anyone who applies through Oct. 31, they get their name into drawing for a $50 gas card,” she said.

Henley said for temporary employees, corporate officials have a stay-on bonus for those who are hired and works all their scheduled time.

Currently, Sitel has seven different clients that use their in-bound call center in Sanford.
