An Alzheimer’s walk will be held today, at 8 a.m., at Channell-Lee Stadium in Opp.

On-site registration is before the race, and proceeds go to the Alzheimer’s Association.

The fundraiser was organized by Wes Laird, and is sponsored by his law firm, Laird, Baker and Blackstock.

An Angleman Syndrome benefit for Andalusia resident Brady Fore will be held at 10 a.m. at Jackson Honda.

The event will feature concessions, silent auction, door prizes, dunking booth, face painting and live entertainment by Christian Wosselik.

Registration for the poker run will be at 9 a.m.
