Looking for Lady Bug

Published 12:00 am Wednesday, October 17, 2012

My part-lab dog, Lady, has been missing since Sept. 13. She was not anywhere to be seen after her walk behind the health department. My other dog and I searched three times that day. Lady was not there and didn’t bark in reply.

After that, my little dogs and I looked everywhere two and three times each day. So many people were on the lookout for her. Signs were made, and the missing ad as in The Andalusia Star-News for 10 days. I want to thank everyone who looked for Lady and have been concerned about her safety. I only had two calls, and they didn’t lead to Lady being found.

She was so excited that morning. She jumped in the car with her tail wagging, eager to be going somewhere. She was happy, not sick. She always came when called and was as ready to go home as she was to come. So, I don’t know what happened, and that is so hard. I keep wanting to find the dog I’ve had for 11 years.

I don’t’ know if she went to ride in a car or truck, but she would have, if given a chance.

Lady is white, with a touch of tan around her ears. She is friendly and sweet. She probably has trouble walking for she has trouble with the joints in her back legs.

I would love to have Lady home, for she is greatly missed by myself and the little dogs.

Please call me at 222-0727 if you know anything about Lady. I will give a reward if she can get home.

Again, thanks to everyone and every place that has already helped.
