HENRIETTA MATTHEWS CHAVERS

Henrietta Matthews Chavers, 88, of Red Level, died Wed., Nov. 14, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral services were held Sat., Nov. 17, at Foreman Funeral Home with Ministers Pete Lee and David Leach officiating. Interment followed at Adellum Cemetery.

Her husband, Earl Cortex Chavers; son, Marzett Chavers, and grandchildren, Ernie Lamar O’Steen Jr. and Sarah Renee O’Steen, preceded her in death.

She is survived by one son, Marlyon (Deloris) Chavers of Castleberry; two daughters, Katrina Chavers Lewis of Red Level and Edna Chavers (Ernie) O’Steen of Dade City, Fla.; eight grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
