• William P. West, 30, for theft of property III and held on a $500 bond.

• Trina F. Weed, 30, for obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Tammy L. Hudson, 33, for obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Shawn P. Regan, 34, for public intoxication and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Zachary D. Smith, 27, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Joshua Sinkfield, 38, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Ishane D. Bullard, 22, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Colby F. Harbuck, 20, for two counts of domestic violence (menacing) and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Rachel Hawkins, 37, for theft of property I, escape III and domestic violence III and held on a $33,000 bond.

• Jimmy Lee Longford, 43, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana I and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Randell E. Bell, 38, on hold for another agency.
