• Megan Brown, 29, for contributing to a minor and held on a $3,000 bond.

• James Earl Caine, 49, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Dustin E. Scoer, 28, for failure to appear and held on a $390.80 bond.

• Randal E. Brooks Jr., 46, for two grand jury indictments and bond revocation and held on a $120,000 bond.

• Roy C. Crittenden, 26, for failure to appear and held on a $397 bond.

• Angela Foster, 41, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Brenda Harris, 31, for a municipal court order and held without bond.

• John H. King, 28, for obstruction and resisting arrest and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Don Jenkins, 27, for possession of marijuana I and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Susan Gustafson, 47, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• James L. Rieck, 25, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Amanda H. Fornoff, 26, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Jorge M. Morales, 49, for assault III and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Elan McClellan, 32, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Michael S. Davis, 41, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting prison contraband and held on a $23,000 bond.

• Stephen M. Salter, 31, for driving while under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Dianna Hartley, 40, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and held on a $3,000 bond.

• David Reynolds IV, 52, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay child support. He was held without bond.

• Galford E. Bell, 46, for harassing communications and held on a $500 bond.
