Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Jan. 21, 2013:

• Tonya Lynn Harrell, 33, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Willie L. Boyd, 59, for disorderly conduct and held on a $500 bond.

• Seth D. Talbot, 32, for harassment and held on a $500 bond.

• Vickie Ann Spears, 49, for failure to appear and held without bond.
