Opp’s Lady Bobcats walked away with the only win over Elba in basketball action Friday night.

OHS beat the Lady Tigers 55-33, where Saquaya Lane busted out with a 23-point night.

Laiken Free added 12 points and Nisha Stoudemire had 11 points to pace the Lady Bobcats.

In varsity boys action, Elba topped Opp 65-49.

Manderious Mount led OHS with 23 points. JaKeith Edwards had 12 points and Jaylon Wade added 10 points.

Elba’s Cobe Goosby had 19 points and Martarious Gray had 10 points.

In B-team action, Elba beat Opp 39-35.

Devontae Williamson had 13 points to lead OHS. Maveric Ladson had eight points and Christ Morrow had seven points.

Elba’s Quinton Connely had 18 points and Brosnan Cooks had 12 points.

Opp is back in action on Monday at home against Florala.
