Trees for $1

If you’ve admired the tulip trees currently in bloom in Andalusia, today is a great day to get one for yourself.

The Covington County Forestry Planning Committee is holding its annual $1 tree sale, with 25 varieties availble, ranging from Longleaf pine to tuplip trees to plum trees. Sale hours are 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. today, Thurs., Feb. 7, and tomorrow, Fri., Feb. 8

    Does anyone have directions to the sale or a phone number for it? My mother would like some of the tulip trees but i am unable to find directions.
