• Cynthia Pate, 47, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Dennis C. Huckaba, 31, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Jimmie E. Cozart Jr., 55, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Whisper M. Langford, 26, for driving under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Christopher D. Bradley, 26, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Jeffery E. Smith, 45, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Reginald Scott, 59, for probation violation and held without bond.

• Dollie M. Meeks, 39, for eight counts of failure to appear and held on a $24,000 bond.

• William L. Burgans, 41, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $50,000 bond.
