Elijah Chad Adams

Chad and Suzanne Adams of Elba announce the birth of their son, Elijah Chad Adams.

He was born on Feb. 5, 2013, at Andalusia Regional Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds and 5 ounces and was 22 inches long.

His maternal grandparents are Richard and the late Deborah Chance of Elba.

His paternal grandparents are Johnny Adams of Opp and Debra and Byron Kidd, also of Elba.

He was welcomed home by his big sister, Lauren Nichole Adams.

Julian

Nicole Julian and Sedrick Green of Andalusia announce the birth of their son, Cash Anthony Julian.

He was born on Feb. 4, 2013, at Andalusia Regional Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds, 1 ounce and was 22 ½ inches long.

His maternal grandparents are Paul and Cindy Julian of Andalusia.

His paternal grandparents are Mary Jackson of Luverne and Alfred Purvis Jr. of Elba.

 

LILLIEANNA NOELLE MOORE

Crystal and Michael Moore of Andalusia announce the birth of their daughter, LillieAnna Noelle Moore.

She was born on Jan. 23, 2013, at Andalusia Regional Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 1.2 ounces and was 21 inches long.

She is the maternal granddaughter of Paula and Joe Day and the great-granddaughter of Carol Reynolds, all of Andalusia, and Shirley Cook of West Virginia.

She is the paternal granddaughter of Lorene and Randall McCart, also of Andalusia, and the great-granddaughter of Martha Smothers of DeFuniak Springs, Fla., and Ronnie Moore of Crestview, Fla.

The Covington Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. this Thurs., Feb. 28, in the Dixon Memorial Room of the Andalusia Public Library.

The program will be a “share and tell” presentation on “The State Flower, the Camellia, and Camellia Stories of Andalusia.”

All friends of the museum, friends of the society, members, and guests are invited to attend.
