MYRA AUGUSTA HOLMES EILAND

Myra Augusta Holmes Eiland, 89, of Dozier, died Fri., Feb. 22, 2013, in a Luverne nursing facility.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., Mon., Feb. 25, at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery in Rose Hill with Don Hall officiating. Interment followed with Foreman Brown-Service Funeral directing.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Molene Bell, and is survived by two sisters, Faye Maddox of Dozier and Jean Everage (Roy) of Montgomery, and three nieces.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials can be made to Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery in care of Carolyn Davis.

 

NORMAN ROBINSON

Norman Robinson of Rockwood, Tenn., formerly of Paul, Ala., passed away Wed., Feb. 20, 2013.

Graveside services were held on Sun., Feb. 23, at Robinson Family Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing and the Rev. Mark Sherman officiating.

Survivors include his daughters, Debra (Wayne) Holloway Robinson, Sherry (Richard) Robinson King and Iris Robinson; grandchildren, Lora Jean Watson, Cheveron Thomas, Crystal Owens Thomas, Tracy Lee Robinson, William Watson, Robert Watson, Jennifer Watson, Brittany Leigh Crandell, Rebecca Bradford, Autumn Horton, Amber Bradford and Iris Elizabeth Wilson; and 40-plus great-grandchildren.

LUCILLE DONALDSON

Lucille Donaldson, 89, died at her home Thurs., Feb. 21, 2013.

Funeral services were held on Sat., Feb. 23, at Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Harrell Cushing officiating and interment following at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, A.W Donaldson Jr. of Andalusia; son-in-law, Jerry Kennedy of Andalusia; grandchildren, Missy (Thad) Chandler of Killen, Kim (Casey) Thompson and Matt (Nichole) Kennedy, all of Andalusia; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Clara Nell Wambles of Andalusia and Bonnie Norman of Montgomery; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Casey Thompson, Stinson Thompson, Corky Chandler, Blake Turman, Adam Robinson and Anthony King.
