Andalusia swept Hillcrest-Evergreen in area doubleheader action Friday night.

The Bulldogs topped the Jaguars 14-10 in game one, and 10-0 in game two to win the area series. AHS improves to 11-2 overall, and 3-0 in Class 4A, Area 2.

AHS will be back in action on Monday as it will host rival Straughn.

In other baseball action, Opp defeated Red Level 11-0 and 9-1.

Straughn’s junior varsity team beat Brantley 11-3 and 14-0.
