Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments March 12, 2013:

• Zachary Cassady, 27, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Delena James, 47, for driving while under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Wendy Smotherman, 32, for possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Kandi S. Halford, 25, for possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Charles K. Jackson, 32, for driving while under the influence and an order of arrest and was held without bond.

• Archie L. Wilkerson, 30, for failure to appear and held without bond.
