Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments April 3, 2013:

• Dakota S. Misak, 18, for two counts of possession of a forged instrument II and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Erica O. Stroud, 27, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Patrick A. Witherspoon, 28, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Teresa L. Carter, 40, for violation of probation and held without bond.
