Jason Scott Grace, 26, of Andalusia, passed away Thurs., April 11, 2013, in Evergreen.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Mon., April 15, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Cotter officiating and interment following in American Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include his father, Doug Grace; mother, Tonya (Brian) Hart; grandmother, Jo Grace; grandfather, Jerry Kelley; and aunt, Cathy Seay.
