The City of Andalusia and the Andalusia Tennis Association (ATA) will hold their summer tennis registration May 1-15 at Johnson Park.

Those interested in registering can do so from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the park.

Registration fee is $35.

During the camp registration period, the ATA will be having a Tennis Carnival on May 9 at LBWCC’s tennis courts.

The summer tennis program will take place at LBWCC under the direction of coach Paul Smith. The assistant director will be Monica King.

Tennis camp will take place over a six-week time period. Each week, the camp will meet for three days — Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

In June, the camp will take place the weeks of June 11, 18 and 25. In July, the camp will be held the weeks of July 9, 16 and 23.

Times for the camp are as follows by age group:

• 8 and under — 8 a.m. until 9 a.m.

• 9-to-10-year-olds — 9 a.m. until 10 a.m.

• 11 and up, beginners — 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.

• 11 and up, intermediate and advanced — 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
