Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments April 29, 2013:

• Chineca L. Demmings, 33, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Melinda Roderus, 32, for failure to appear and held without bond.

•  Willie Lee Toles, 57, for attempting to elude, reckless endangerment, obstruction and giving false information to a law enforcement officer and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Jimmy Lee Lang, 46, for failure to appear and four counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $21,000 bond.

• Maston Jay, 28, for domestic violence III and held on a $3,000 bond.
