• Jesus H. Cisnerns, 43, for open container and possession of untaxed alcohol and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Kimberly Johnson, 43, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Debra Roberts, 49, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Derrick L. Jones, 29, for 13 counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and eight counts of theft of property III and held on a $154,000 bond.

In the Fri., May 31, edition of The Star-News, it was reported that Robert Stanley, 26, was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $170,000 bond. It should have read that Stanley was arrested on two counts of domestic violence and violation of probation and held in the county jail without bond. The Star-News is happy to clarify this for our readers.
