The City of Andalusia Utilities Department will cut off power tomorrow morning at 7 a.m. on West Watson Street from the intersection of Baisden Street to the intersection of Palmetto Street.

The power outage, which also includes all of Palmetto Street, will likely last until 11 a.m., a department official said.
