• Jimmy L. Lang, 46, for seven counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Wayne L. Clark Jr, 56, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Regina Phillips, 41, for violation of parole and held without bond.

• Jimmy A. Powell, 40, for two counts of violation of probation and held without bond.

• James P. Haney, 21, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Kristopher L. Carter, 26, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Kent S. Peckham, 33, for driving under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Oscar L. Ardis, 59, for failure to pay, and held without bond.
