Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments

August 12, 2013:

Jessica D. Padgett, 29, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

Jermaine D. Bibbs, 29, for four counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

Kimberly Cox, 32, for four counts of negotiating with a non-negotiable instrument and held on a $12,000 bond.

Tamothy Denman, 27, for failure to appear and held without bond.

Harley Nytch, 50, for a 30-day municipal court order and held without bond.

Michael A. Livings, 45, for domestic violence III and held on a $3,000 bond.
