Mr. and Mrs. Michael W. Tyler of Andalusia announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Ann, to John Casey Kreis, son of Ms. Patricia O’Grady Kreis of Troy and the late Mr. John Patrick (Pat) Kreis.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Doris Bass Tyler and Mr. H.A. “Tex” Tyler of Andalusia and Mrs. Helen Lysohir Fairman and the late Mr. Charles Edward Fairman Jr. of Raleigh, N.C.

She graduated from Andalusia High School in 2003 and then earned a bachelor of arts degree in communication from Auburn University. She is employed by MicroDose Sales as the Austin Territory Manager.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mrs. Charlotte Brantley Kreis and the late Mr. John M. (Johnny) Kreis of Troy and the late Ms. Rebecca Conine O’Grady of Montgomery.

He graduated from Pike Liberal Arts School in 2004 and then attended Troy University. He serves as the Territory Director for TGA of Austin.

A private ceremony will be held on Aug. 31, 2013, in Austin, Texas, overlooking the Texas hill country.
