Betty Jean Smithart, 76, of Andalusia, passed away on Fri., Aug. 30,2013.

Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced by Keahey Funeral Home.

 

CHARLES HAMILTON SIMON

Charles Hamilton Simon, 9, of Andalusia, passed away Thurs., Aug. 29, 2013, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held today, Sat., Aug. 31, at 2 p.m,, at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brian Pullen and the Rev. Josh Wilson officiating and interment following at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be two hours prior to service.

Survivors include his parents, Charles “Chuck” and Mona Simon of Andalusia; two sisters, Rachael and Rebecca Simon; maternal grandparents, John and Sophie Platt of Fruitdale; aunt, Anna (Eddie) Heming of McCalla; anduncle, Greg (Marquetta) Platt of Columbiana.

Pallbearers will include Mike Older, Dale Pancake, Greg Platt, Brian Platt, Eddie Fleming and Alex Fleming.

Flowers or donations to Straughn Elementary School Resource Unit or the Straughn School 4-H will be accepted.
