• Rebecca C. Phillips, 49, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Rebel Smith, 33, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Iesha Parker, 21, for failure to appear and on a $1,000 cash bond.

• Jeremy J. Thomas, 23, for failure to appear and held on a $1,000 cash bond.

• Crystal Martin, 40, for two counts of theft of property III and held on a $2,000 bond.
