• C.W. Jackson, 60, for theft of property III and held on a $500 bond.

• Amberly Anderson, 20, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Joshua R. Smith, 20, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• James K. Whitman, 19, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.
