I would like to thank everyone for the generous help that enabled us to receive so many donated cell phones for our brave military so far from home. We received close to 100 cell phones from the caring people of Covington County. It was an amazing turnout, and I want everyone to know how much it meant to be involved in such a worthy cause.

We were told by the delivery center that we brought in more phones than they had received all month from the area.

I would also like everyone to know that all the phones were “sanitized” before bringing them in for distribution. The memories were erased and SIM cards were removed and made ready for the military to use.
