Remembering the way we worked

Seven long-time Andalusia residents recounted the ways they have worked – from selling hardware to sewing shirts, filling prescriptions, or defending those whose “work” wasn’t exactly legal – in a front-porch visiting style performance Thursday night.
Their recollections were shared as part of the local effort to celebrate the traveling Smithsonian exhibit, The Way We Worked, on display here at the Chamber of Commerce through Feb. 8.
