MYRTIE BARNES DREADING

Myrtie Barnes Dreading, 70, of Defuniak Springs, Fla., passed away Sat., Jan. 25, 2014, at her residence.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., on Tues., Jan. 28, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Frankie McVay officiated. Burial followed at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Wayne Dreading of Defuniak Springs; sons, David (Melanie) Dreading of the Carolina Community, Ricky (Juanice) Dreading of Babbie, Douglas Mobley of DeFuniak Springs, Timothy (Julie) Donaldson of Mary Esther, Fla., and Gary (Kari) Dreading Jr. of Ft. Walton Beach; daughter, Vivian (Joe) Digrazia of Crestview; mother, Lillie Mae Barnes of Andalusia; brother, Bobby (Glenda) Barnes of Andalusia; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers were Robbie Mobley, Terry Barnes, Keith Castleberry, Joe Digrazia, Trae Lawson and Ben Crowell.

MARY HAZEL HARSEY BOZEMAN

Mary Hazel Harsey Bozeman, 86, of Andalusia, died Mon., Jan. 27, 2014, in a local hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Fri., Jan. 31, at Carolina Baptist Church with the Rev. John Eiland and the Rev. Glenn Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in the Carolina Cemetery with Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be after 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Foreman’s and after 1 p.m. Friday at the church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mott Bozeman; and son, Thomas Bozeman.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Linda (R.C.) Burrows of Milton, Fla.; son and daughter-in-law, Bennie (Charlotte) Bozeman of Andalusia; four grandchildren, Bubba Bozeman, Chalea (David) Tisdale, Zac (Jennifer) Blair and Abigail Savage; 10 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Samuel (Barbara) Harsey of Castleberry.

Pallbearers will be Buddy Gunter, Myron Overstreet, Tanner Brooks, Joey Carpenter, Shane Vaughn and Tony Jones.
