To the editor:

I would like to thank all of our volunteers at the Meredith’s Miracles Valentine Store for a very successful fundraiser. We were blessed with many new friends and old friends who worked long days helping to make sundaes. We were also blessed that some of our patient families came by to help!

Thank you to the Andalusia Star-News for all of their help in advertising our efforts.Thank you to WAAO for letting us visit the morning show to spread the word. Thank you to WKNI for interviewing us at the store. And thank you to all of our Facebook friends for hitting that “share” button every time we posted a picture or an announcement.

Thank you to Gigi for donating cookies for us to sell, and Sonic for our straws and Dairy Queen for our sundae spoons. Also, thank you to ADC for getting our candy for the sundaes. We would also like to thank “Yo-Craving” for putting some sundaes in their store to sell for us! Stop by and get a sundae if you missed Valentine’s Day!

Thank you to our community for doing your Valentine shopping with us. Without your support, we would not be able to help as many families as we do each year. Meredith’s Miracles was able to help 114 families with $54,000 last year. God has truly blessed Meredith’s Miracles! Please keep us in your prayers and we will keep you in ours!
