• Lawarren Thomas, 29, for failure to appear in court and held without bond.

• Tia Celeste Flowers, 33, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Kimberly Dejavu Blair, 40, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.
