Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls

Police Departments:

Wed., Oct. 1

• Cedric Jamal Phillips, 30, on hold for other agency.

• William W. Moody, 25, for two grand jury indictments and held on a $30,000 bond.

• Melissa A. Bulger, 33, for contempt and held without bond.

• Deanna N. Hancock, 29, for contempt and held without bond.

• Brett Alan Ladnier, 28, for harassing communications and held on a $500 bond.

• Harold D. Smith, 47, for contempt and held without bond.

• Travis W. Hancock, 25, for contempt and held without bond.

• Joshua Fowler, 35, for burglary III and theft of property I and held on a $30,000 bond.

In the Oct. 2, 2014, edition of the Star-News, it was reported that Thomas L. Tether was arrested.

The following arrests were made:

• Thomas L. Boothe, 26, for contempt and held without bond; and

• Casey M. Tether, 36, for contempt, possession of marijuana I, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication and held on a $16,000 bond.
