The Andalusia Area Humane Society (AAHS) is grateful to everyone who entered their beloved pets in the 2015 Pet Calendar contest and everyone who voted on their favorites during the Covington County Fair to help make it the best ever! All the money raised stays in Covington County and is dedicated to the AAHS low-cost spay/neuter program.

The 13 entries that received the highest number of votes will be featured on a month in the 2015 Pet Calendar – and the entry that received the most votes is also featured on the cover. This year, the top honor goes to Gracie Lou and her pet parent, Joyce Lambert!

All contest entries are included in the calendar on a two-page collage – so no one is left out. New this year, the calendar will begin with December, 2014, so everyone can start using it right away and will also include pet holidays along with all the human ones. The calendars will be available for sale within the next two weeks at the Humane Society located at 411 Pearl St., Jones Veterinary Hospital, and Andalusia Animal Clinic. Or, just call the Humane Society at 582-2665 to reserve yours. The calendars are $10 first.
