Winners in the Christmas Tree/Yard Decorating Contest recently were announced.

Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Cate, whose yard is shown, were the first place winners. Second place went to Mr. and Mrs. William Wofford. The Andalusia Tourism and Relocation Committee sponsored the contest. The judges said the winning decorations were more colorful and more clearly related to the Square’s Candyland theme.

The winners each received lunch for two. Prizes were donated by the Surly Mermaid and Tabby D’s.
