Folks may have noticed a hole in the roof of the Andalusia Elementary School building Wednesday afternoon —- don’t worry, a meteor didn’t strike the building.

Superintendent Ted Watson said the roof has had a problem with a leak in the location for a while, and that some wood had rotted.

A construction worker was busy replacing and patching the area.

“It’s just routine maintenance,” Watson said.

“It wasn’t a meteor or anything,” he quipped.
