Sebaskin Stallworth allowed one hit and one run and struck out six in 6.0 innings to help lead the Andalusia 14U All-Stars to a 10-2 victory over Covington County in the district championship Thursday night.

Stallworth had a no hitter going through the majority of the game as he was in command of his pitches.

Andalusia scooted out to an early 3-0 lead after the first inning and led 5-0 going into the third.

Covington County scored one run in the fourth to cut the game to four runs.

Andalusia added three runs in the bottom of the fifth and two in the sixth to pull away for good and get the win.

With this victory, Andalusia advances to play in the state tournament in Tallassee, which starts July 11. Covington County also gained a berth to the state tournament after it beat Opp in earlier district tournament action.

Stallworth went 1-for-2 with a single and three runs; Hogan Nichols went 2-for-4 with a double; and Brennan Strong went 3-for-3 with a triple to lead Andalusia.

Covington County’s Mitch Schultz had the only hit for his team with a single.
