Squiiiirrrrrrttttt.

That’s a common sound made from squeezing ice cold water out of water bottles at football practice this week as the summer heat continues to beat down on players and area residents alike.

According to the National Weather Service, the high for today is expected to be 95 degrees. Temperatures will start to dip a little starting Thursday when the high is expected to be 92.
