Cynthia Vieira and Mark Sanders announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

A native of Opp, the bride is the daughter of Yvonne Vieira and Felipe Dina Jr. She is the granddaughter of Barbara Vieira of Salem, N.H., and the late Ronald DeLuca and the late Margie DeLuca, also of Salem, N.H.

She graduated from Opp High School in 2010, and earned a psychology degree from Troy University in 2015.

The groom is a native of Montgomery and the son of Marie Sanders and Alan Sanders. He graduated from Charles Henderson High School in Troy in 2010 and earned a degree in biomedical sciences from Troy University in 2015.

He is the grandson of Mixon and Carolyn Sanders of Andalusia and Bufford and Martha Harris of Montgomery.

The wedding will be an event of Dec. 19, 2015 at Springdale Estate. Invitations will be sent.
