The Opp Bobcats picked up their first varsity boys’ area basketball win since the 2011-12 season after defeating the T.R. Miller Tigers 51-46 Tuesday night in Brewton.

Ty’Keenan White led the way for Opp with 19 points and Devontae Williams finished with 17 points.

In varsity girls’ action, T.R. Miller defeated the Lady Bobcats 50-19.

Opp won the B-team contest by a final of 40-37.
