• Jessyka M. Stroud, 24, or disorderly conduct and held on a $500 bond.

• Tatanisha Nettles, 37, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Timothy J. Alford, 38, for two counts of failure to appear and held on a $547 bond.
