A Covington County grand jury indicted two on unlawful distribution charges in the February grand jury term and they were recently arrested.

Anthony Ryan Tersegino and Jayme Leigh Hilburn were arrested on Jan. 24, 2014 for unlawfully distributing oxycodone within a 3-mile radius of a school or housing authority.

Unlawful distribution is a Class B felony and carries a sentence of no less than two years and no more than 20 years in prison.
