• John A. Stephens, 55, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, and held on a $3,000 bo nd.

• Cynthia L. Lawson, 50, for three grand jury indictments, and held on a $131,000 bond.

• Ronnie L. Norris, 53, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $61,000 bond.

• Michael Ward, 27, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
